In the near future, Tokyo was left flattened as a result from a great earthquake. A new city, MegaTokyo, was then recreated due in no small part from the aid of a multi-million dollar company, Genom Corp. Genom created and mass-produced biomechanical creatures called Boomers to aid in the restoration of MegaTokyo. When the Boomers began to run out of control, the ADPolice at first tried to stop them, but they proved to be far more difficult to deal with than was first imagined. Under the ever looming Boomer threat, a group of four girls from varying degrees of society banded together. Calling themselves The Knight Sabers, they were the only ones with enough firepower and resourcefulness to defend the fledgling MegaTokyo from Genom and it's berserk Boomers. Time of Eve: The Movie

The movie version is the complete version of the story. It includes all the OVAs and completely new scenes giving details on the background story of some characters. Sometime in future Japan, androids have been involved in every aspect of peoples lives. One day, upon checking his android's behavioral log, Rikuo, a student, noticed his android's returning times have been odd recently. With his friend Masaki, they found out the place where his android, Sammy, have been visiting: a small cafe called Eve no Jikan where androids and human are not seen as different. Upon talking with the "people" in the cafe and discovering more of Sammy's behavior, Rikuo changed his view about androids and treat them as friends rather than tools. Megazone 23 Part II

The Dezalg have returned with a new, horrible weapon and unleashed it on Megazone 23's defences. Believing their salvation is also in new weapons, B.D. is still bent on breaking EVE's final protection level. Full control of Megazone 23 would mean unfettered weapons development. Shogo, meanwhile, has tried to return to a normal life — hanging out with his biker gang, Trash and his girlfriend, Yui. But, his convictions about the Megazone's shadow government policies have not changed and when EVE calls for his help, he discovers where the Garland bike has been hidden. It is showdown time for Shogo and B.D., Trash and the military, as well as the Dezalg and Megazone. However, EVE's final secret, A.D.A.M., may mean no one will survive.
